Women’s Basketball Falls to Taylor

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio.  The Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's basketball team (5-2, 0-2) fell to the Taylor University Trojans (4-6, 1-1) at Ariel Arena on Tuesday, November 21 by a final score of 62-54.

 

Inside the Box Score:

MVNU shot 35.0% (21-60) from the field and 25.0% (5-20) from three-point range. Taylor shot 39.0% (23-59) from the field and 14.3% (2-14) from three-point range.

MVNU out-assisted Taylor 17 to 9. Both teams had 12 turnovers.
