Women’s Cross Country Still Receiving Votes in Coaches’ Poll
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – After another strong week of running for the Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's cross country team, the Lady Cougars are receiving votes once again in the 2024 NAIA Women's Cross Country Coaches' Top 25 Rating.
In the fourth installment of the ratings, MVNU is receiving 94 votes and is the first team outside of the top 25. The Lady Cougars had a great performance at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge as they upset three teams in the top 25 at the time.
MVNU joins No. 1 Taylor, No. 9 Grace, No. 13 Indiana Wesleyan, No. 14 Marian, (RV) Goshen, and (RV) Saint Francis as the other Crossroads League schools in the ratings.
