Women’s Cross Country Runs Well at Twilight Invitational

MARION, Ind. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's cross country team ran at the Twilight Invitational, hosted by Indiana Wesleyan University on Friday, September 6.

MVNU placed 6th overall out of 20 teams at the invite with a total of 197 points in the 6K.

"I was really happy with how our women performed tonight. I thought they all ran very confidently. We had two team goals going into the race and accomplished both. Excited to build off this performance and see what the rest of the year holds. All glory to God!"

MVNU competes in the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Cross Country Classic, hosted by Cedarville University at 6:00 pm on September 20.
