Snouffer Named an NAIA Women’s Volleyball All-American

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – After an incredible senior season for the Mount Vernon Nazarene University Women's Volleyball team, Lyssi Snouffer was awarded the honor of being an All-American from the NAIA for the first time in her volleyball career on Tuesday, December 17.

Snouffer, who is from Delaware, Ohio, made Second Team as an outside hitter. Snouffer was a First Team All-Crossroads League selection and made the AVCA Midcentral First Team after leading the Crossroads League in kills per set (4.58) and total kills (577). The total kills for Snouffer ranked her third overall in the entire nation.

Defensively, Snouffer also made a huge impact for the Lady Cougars, averaging 3.66 digs per set. Snouffer contributed to a lot of winning on the court, leading the team to a 62-14 record and two National Tournament appearances in her two years as a Lady Cougar.
