MOUNT VERNON, Ohio. — The No. 16 Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's volleyball team (28-3, 15-3) got the sweep on senior night in Ariel Arena against the University of Saint Francis (11-19, 4-14) on Wednesday, November 6.
On a special night for the seniors, Brooke Fatzinger, Abbey Niemesh, Lyssi Snouffer, and Telma Zelaya were honored before the match for their contributions to the women's volleyball program. Fatzinger had a stellar night at the net, finishing with 7 blocks, while Faith Maloney contributed with 5 of her own. Reagan Nuss continued to set up the Lady Cougars for success as she finished with 24 assists, while Snouffer laid down 12 kills in the sweep (25-18, 25-17, 25-11).
