No. 20 Women’s Volleyball Secures Victory in Four Sets Against Red Storm
RIO GRANDE, Ohio. – The No. 20 Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's volleyball team (8-0) took on the Rio Grande Red Storm (4-3) in a four-set match on Wednesday, August 28.
The Lady Cougars secured their eighth consecutive victory, winning the first two sets 25-17 and 25-22. The Red Storm claimed the third set with a score of 25-17, but MVNU sealed the match with a 25-20 win in the fourth set.

MVNU women's volleyball will participate in the Amber McClure Fayerweather Memorial Tournament at Odle Arena in Upland, Indiana on Friday, August 30. The team will first face the Concordia University Cardinals at 11:00 am, followed by a match against Cornerstone University at 4:00 pm to wrap up day one.
