Women’s Track Competes at Cedarville

CEDARVILLE, Ohio. - The MVNU Women's Track & Field Team competed at the Yellow Jacket Collegiate Outdoor Invitational, hosted by Cedarville University on March 25. The team placed tenth out of 37 teams.

 

Top Performers

Lily Scarberry put together a great race in the 400m hurdles to take home fifth place with a time of 1:16.24.

Jocelyn Dornbirer started her outdoor season strong in the 800m, winning her heat and finishing eighth overall with a time of 2:30.30.

Lyssi Snouffer was able to put together a great day in high jump to finish fourth, clearing a height of 1.53m.

Rachel Wilson finished in fifth in the triple jump after hitting a mark of 8.79m.

Sage Brannon began her collegiate career with an impressive performance in long jump, finishing in seventh while hitting a distance of 4.83m.

Gracelyn Frame continued her strong freshman year performance in the shotput finishing eighth after throwing 11.17m.

Brooke Holloway was able to take home eighth place in the pole vault after clearing 3.45m.

 

Upcoming Events

The MVNU Women's Track & Field Team will be competing in the Knight Open, hosted by Marian University on March 31.
