Track & Field Takes on Ashland Invitational

ASHLAND, Ohio. —  The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's and women's track & field teams competed in the Ashland Invitational, hosted by Ashland University on Saturday, January 25.

Men's Top Performers

Jaden Haldeman (60m Hurdles) – Third overall, 8.14 seconds, NAIA B Standard.

Haldeman, Seth McCloskey, Sam Haley, Daron Porter (4x400m) – Fifth overall, 3:18.72, NAIA B Standard.

Porter (800m) – Seventh overall, 1:57.91.

Zeke VanArsdalen (Pole Vault) – Eighth overall, 4.35m.

Women's Top Performers

Lyssi Snouffer (High Jump) – First overall, 1.70m, NAIA A Standard, Tied own school record.

Louisa Hallabrin (1200m) – Third overall, 3:59.72.

Ashley Burgess, Maddy Lengacher, Ashley Yoder, Snouffer (4x400m) – Seventh overall, 4:08.47, school record.

Shyanne Moser (Shot Put) – Seventh overall, 12.78m.

Brooke Holloway (Pole Vault) – Eighth overall, 3.25m.

What's Next

MVNU competes in the IWU Midwest Classic, hosted by Indiana Wesleyan University on February 1 in Marion, Indiana.
