Women’s Soccer Defeated at Taylor

UPLAND, Ind. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's soccer team (5-4-2, 0-2-2) traveled to Taylor University (6-3-2, 3-1-0) on Saturday, October 5.

Ryleigh Robinson's first career goal on a penalty kick tied the match at 1-1 in the 32' minute. Unfortunately for the Lady Cougars, Taylor would respond with a score seven minutes later and add two more second-half goals. MVNU fell by a final score of 1-4 after 90 minutes.
