Men’s Volleyball Falls in Three Sets at No. 4 Lawrence Tech

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. —  The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's volleyball team (5-18, 3-12 WHAC) headed back into conference play on Saturday, April 5 at No. 4 Lawrence Tech (21-2, 9-0 WHAC)

Lawrence Tech started the match strongly and never looked back, defeating MVNU in set one by a score of 25-10 before eventually completing the sweep. MVNU fell in sets two and three by finals of 18-25 and 20-25, respectively.

Daniel Daly had a team-high eight kills, while Jackson Bush had seven kills and a team-high seven digs. Xander Devault had five digs. Austin Kolaczkowski finished the match with 16 assists and four digs for the Cougars.

 

What's Next:

MVNU wraps up its season in Ariel Arena on Saturday, April 12 against Indiana Tech on Senior Day. The first serve is set for 3:00 p.m.
