Cougars Fall to Warriors in Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. —  The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's volleyball team (3-12, 1-7 WHAC) fell on the road to the Indiana Tech Warriors (7-6, 6-1 WHAC) on Thursday, March 6.

MVNU would fall to the hosts in three sets. The Warriors won a tightly contested first set by a score of 25-21, before taking set two by a final of 25-17. MVNU battled in the third, but ultimately fell 25-21.

Ethan Cline led the charge for MVNU, finishing with 10 kills, a .217 hitting percentage, and three blocks. Noah Wineberg had five kills and four blocks at the net in the match. Austin Kolaczkowski finished the match with 16 assists and four digs, while Tyler Monnin had a team-high six digs.

MVNU hosts Bethel University on Friday, March 14 in Ariel Arena at 7:00 p.m.
