Cougars Take Down Saints in Four

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio. — The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's volleyball team (14-5, 9-4 WHAC) defeated Siena Heights University (5-10, 3-9 WHAC) in Ariel Arena on Friday, March 10.

MVNU took down the Saints in four sets by scores of 25-17, 25-14, 23-25, and 25-19. The win pushes MVNU's win total to 14 on the season.

 

Inside the Box Score

Spencer Stanley had 18 kills on the night. Stanley hit a blistering .516 in the match. He also had 10 digs and three service aces.

Luke Funte had 10 kills and hit .692 in the match.

Daniel Skrzypchak had a team-high 12 digs and four services aces.

Jaysen Matsumoto had a match-high 46 assists to go with five digs and two service aces.
