Cougars Swept at No.15 Indiana Tech

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The (RV) Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's volleyball team (11-4, 8-3 WHAC) returned to the hardwood on Friday, March 3 at No.15 Indiana Tech (10-7, 9-1 WHAC).

 

After dropping a highly competitive first set 24-26, MVNU would lose the next two both by scores of 17-25.

 

Inside the Box Score

Spencer Stanley and Makoa Van Gieson each had nine kills. Stanley had a team-high eight digs as well.

Landon Ewers chipped in with six kills.

Jaysen Matsumoto had 26 assists, which was a match high.

 

What's Next

MVNU will wrap up its trip to Fort Wayne with another match against Indiana Tech on Saturday, March 4. First serve is at 3:00pm.
