Men's Soccer Overpowers Defiance for First Win of Season

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's soccer team (1-0-3) faced Defiance College (0-6-0) on Wednesday, September 4.

MVNU struck first and dominated the match, tallying a season-high four goals. The Cougars cruised to a 4-0 victory over the Yellow Jackets. The win marked MVNU's first of 2024 after starting the season with three draws.
