Cougar Bowling Competes in OBC 3
COLUMBUS, Ohio. — The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's and women's bowling teams competed in the Ohio Bowling Conference Tournament 3 in Columbus on Saturday, November 16.
The men placed 15th of 17 with a 3532 total. The women's team placed 8th of 16 overall with a score of 3170. The women's team made history, setting a school record with a baker high game score of 224.
Abigail Larkin led MVNU's women, placing 42nd with a score of 678. Paige hicks placed 46th, rolling a 631. Alayna Mack rounded out the top three, placing 77th with a 525.
James Blaney led the way for the men, placing 53rd with a score of 747. Kobe Green finished 56th with a total of 732. Jacob Burre placed 67th with a final score of 709 on the day for MVNU.
What's Next:
MVNU competes in the first Crossroads League Tournament of the season on December 6 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
