Bowling Competes at OBC 3

COLUMBUS, Ohio. The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's and women's bowling teams competed in the OBC Tournament 3 on Saturday, November 19.

The women's team placed tenth out of 18 teams in the tournament, while the men placed 12th of 18 on the day. The men's final score of 6697 was a new school record.

Hannah Vaughn had a top 20 finish for the women as she placed second with an average of 195. Paige Hicks just missed the top 20 with a 22nd overall finish and an average of 143.

Jacob Burre placed 17th overall on the men's side with a total score of 1047. Tim Burrows and Alex Jawyn each had personal bests of 213 game and 233 game averages, respectively.
