Lady Cougars Fall to No. 8 Spring Arbor

SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's soccer team (5-3-1, 0-1-1) traveled to No. 8 Spring Arbor University (8-2, 2-0) on Saturday, September 28. MVNU fell to the hosts by a final score of 0-2.

SAU 1-0 (22:11) – Jocelyn Hendricks (Fara Serra)

SAU 2-0 (50:30) – Kayla Baar (Kaylee Beekel)

 

Inside the Box Score:

SAU had 14 shots and seven shots on goal. MVNU had three total shots and two shots on goal.

Sydney Errington and Cora Bishop each had a shot on goal for MVNU.

Hannah Miller came away with five saves in goal.
