MOUNT VERNON, Ohio. The Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's basketball team (9-17, 3-13) fell to No.4 Indiana Wesleyan University (24-2, 15-1) by a score of 55-93 on Saturday, February 17. 

 

Inside the Box Score: 

MVNU shot 41.1% from the floor and 26.3% (5-19) from three. 

IWU shot 45.7% from the field and 42.9% (6-14) from three. 

MVNU couldn't take care of the ball as it finished with 27 turnovers which led to 38 points for IWU. 

MVNU was outrebounded 42-37 and gave up 16 offensive rebounds which led to 15 second-chance points.  

IWU dominated the paint, scoring 58 points. 

Peyton Davis 12 points (5-11 FG, 2-3 3PT), 3 rebounds, 1 assist. 

Angela Roshak 10 points (5-10 FG), 5 rebounds, 2 steals, 2 assists. 

Katie Sprang – 10 points (5-10 FG), 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal.
